By accessing or using Warranty Vault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Warranty Vault offers a free tier with 1 receipt scan and a Premium subscription at $4.99/month, which includes 30 receipt scans per month. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We store your warranty data securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Warranty Vault and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that receipt scanning will always produce accurate results. OCR technology may occasionally misread text; always verify extracted information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warranty Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or missed warranty claims.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
