We want you to be completely satisfied with Warranty Vault. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.
If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at mostafaalbaba2009@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
All payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle's own refund policies also apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
